Where do I ship from?

I ship from the US.


When will my order arrive? 

 Please expect delays in shipping due to the global pandemic. Be mindful of this when ordering. You will be notified when your order has shipped. Again, due to the pandemic, there may be shipping delays that are out of my control. 


What shipping method/courier do you use?

I use USPS for all packages. All packages will be shipped via Registered Airmail (international customers) and Registered Mail (domestic customers). It comes with a tracking number and the cost is already included in the shipping fee stated.


When do products restock? 

All updates on restocks and new product launches will be posted on my twitter and instagram.


How do pre-orders work?

If an item is listed as pre-order or pre-sale, that means it is pending or in production. It will not be immediately shipped to you. The estimated dispatch date will be listed in the product description. Updates and delays will be posted to my social media. You will get a notification when the item is shipped to you.


Can I pay with PayPal and/or Card?

Yes. You can pay through PayPal and card.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere. Please refer to the USPS Shipping restrictions to determine if your country is accepting shipments.


Returns/Refunds

All sales are FINAL! If your order arrives damaged please contact me so we can find a solution. If your order is returned to me I will get in contact with you about re-sending it. You may have to pay for shipping again. Please double check your delivery address to make sure everything is correct. If you realize there is a mistake, please contact me within 24 hours. I will not refund or resend orders lost or returned due to a wrong address.
